Minor Graphic Issues and Distortions in Revit Projects
Question:
When zooming in and out within a Revit project, you may notice graphic glitches and distortions across various views, including plans, sections, and 3D views. Sometimes, elements do not align correctly with imported CAD files.
Cause:
This problem typically occurs when the model is positioned far from the project origin—close to or beyond the 20-mile limit—or when imported geometry exceeds this boundary.
Solution:
To resolve this, relocate the model geometry so that it falls within 20 miles of the project base point’s starting position.
