Revit Fails to Import onto the Selected Floor

Revit Cannot Import to the Specified Floor

I have a Revit model already attached, and I want to import it into a CAD file on the first floor. However, after importing, the model does not appear on the first floor. Instead, only a CAD drawing is visible on the floor plan. What should I do?

Currently, there are two recommended methods to address this issue with the DWG file:

1. After importing, adjust the offset to be greater than 0.01 to ensure the model appears on the 1st floor (see the screenshot below).

2. Select all objects in the CAD file, run the FLATTEN command, save the file, and then import it into Revit. (The processed document is attached.)
