Set on a slope, the design features four volumes—three stone structures and one white floating block—that together create a brief architectural journey. This arrangement skillfully divides various spaces while seamlessly blending into the terrain and its surrounding environment.

The largest white volume spans two levels and houses a double-height entrance hall. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry room. The main bedrooms are located on the second floor, accessible through the double-height entrance space.

Two of the stone volumes contain secondary rooms, each featuring its own bathroom. These volumes are positioned on different levels according to the natural slope of the land. The third stone volume serves as the hall space.

The building concludes with a concrete porch that provides shade and creates a harmonious connection between the living room and the swimming pool.

The basement houses a spacious computer room that opens directly onto a terrace, allowing for natural ventilation. This layout effectively connects the living room entrance with the basement area.

The material palette is simple and natural: rough bricks resembling the raw stones from the Teulada region, smooth white mortar, and concrete used for floor slabs and interior surfaces.
