How Lumion Resolves OpenStreetMap Issues
1.1: The OpenStreetMap feature requires a direct HTTP connection to the domains listed in section 1.2 below.
If your network uses a proxy server, direct connection to OpenStreetMap will not work, and the feature will fail to function properly.
Please click the following link to verify whether your Internet access is routed through a proxy server:

If you are using a proxy, please contact your IT administrator and request that the proxy server be disabled in order to use the OpenStreetMap feature.
1.2: Ensure that your network allows access to the following addresses and ports through routers, antivirus programs, and firewall software:
- osm-tile-service.lumion3d.net (Port 443)
- luminandemdata.lumion3d.net (Port 443)
- atlas.com.com (Port 443)
- *.mapbox.com (Port 80)
- *.osm.org (Port 80)
- *.openstreetmap.org (Port 80)
1.3: If the issue persists, please download the mini test application below to verify if the OpenStreetMap feature is being blocked:

1.4: Extract OpenStreetMapConnectTest.exe and place it in your Lumion installation folder. Right-click the file and select “Run as administrator” to execute the test.
1.5: The test will identify any websites your system is blocked from accessing. After completion, a log file in TXT format will be created in the same folder, containing detailed connection information. Please send this file to support so they can assist in ensuring Lumion can reach the necessary addresses.
