Once the freshly poured concrete is placed on the steel formwork table by the concrete distribution machine, the table moves into a fully automated curing room controlled by a computer system. To maximize factory space, these curing rooms are typically designed as multi-layer vertical chambers. Under the supervision of the main control computer, the formwork table automatically enters an available curing compartment.
Clients can customize various configurations of the curing rooms according to their specific requirements. Additionally, these rooms can be equipped with heating systems to enhance the curing process.
