Research on Prefabricated Side Stands

This system includes a heavy-duty hydraulic device, a rotating shaft, a prefabricated building bracket, and an automatic control system.

When activated, the hydraulic cylinder engages the bracket locking device, securing the mold table. The mold table and prefabricated components then rotate around the axis to an almost vertical position. After curing for 8-10 hours, a crane lifts the prefabricated components off the formwork and transfers them to an outdoor yard using transport vehicles or flatbed trucks.

Compared to horizontal lifting methods, side stands not only increase the efficiency of handling large prefabricated components but also offer better protection against damage during the lifting process.
