The automatic cleaning machine is composed of several key components, including a scraper, a specialized brush roller, a dust removal system, and a lifting mechanism. As the motion mold passes through, the scraper lowers onto the mold’s surface, effectively scraping off the concrete blocks adhered to it.
The removed concrete blocks are collected in an aggregate tank and then taken away either manually or via a conveyor belt, depending on the machine’s design. Simultaneously, the brush roller descends to sweep away smaller particles of concrete powder, while a vacuum system operates to extract dust, ensuring a clean mold surface.
