Revit Plan Drawing Stairs: A Detailed Tutorial

Start by clicking on the detail index under the View tab within the relevant plan view. Then, select the floor plan from the left property bar. Choose the desired detail area, and the Project Browser will automatically generate a detailed view. Right-click this view to rename it as needed.

Next, change the view classification subcategory to Drawing in the detailed view, and apply the BM_Cuild Detail view template. Click on Edit to replace the model elements and hide any components that are unnecessary for the detail.

Finally, add annotations, elevations, stair paths, detail names, and other relevant information to complete your stair detail drawings.
