Creating Irregular Walls in Revit: A Step-by-Step Guide

How to Create Irregular Walls in Revit

In Revit, all walls are typically regular. So, how can you create irregular walls? The following steps will guide you through the process.

1. Go to the Structure tab, click the dropdown button under Components, and select Built-in Model. Then, choose the family category as Wall and give it a name.

2. Use the Stretch command to shape your model as needed. Click to complete the creation of the model.

3. Once your custom wall model is finished, insert it directly into your project. Be sure to note which side of the wall you place the window on, as this affects how the window adapts to the wall.
