How to Adjust Room Heights in Revit

Adjusting Room Height in Revit
Revit calculates room volume based on room height, which can be set in the following ways:

Graphically adjust the room height: After placing a room in the plan view, open a section view that includes the room. In the section view, select the room and use the available controls to modify its upper and lower boundaries.

Set room height parameters: Select the room and edit its properties in either the plan or section view. The parameters Upper Limit, Height Offset, Elevation, and Bottom Offset define the room’s height.

The Room Height Indication parameter shows the maximum possible height based on the room height settings. This value is read-only. Note that room boundary elements, such as floor slabs and roofs, may affect the actual room height.
