Quickly Search Components and Elements in Revit

Quick Search for Revit Components

Open your drawing, select the elements you want to quickly search within your project, then click “Component Quick Search” located in the “General Tools” section under the “Baoye General” tab.

In the family browser dialog that appears, enter the family name keyword in the view mode to instantly preview matching families available in the current project.

Simply drag and drop the previewed component image into your project to create an instance of the selected component.

Additionally, in the classification mode column, you can view family objects within the current project organized in a tree list format for easier navigation.
