Located in the heart of Magu New City, this project functions as a key transportation hub. It connects Magu Ferry Station on Line 9, Magu Ferry Station on Line 5, and Magu Ferry Station on the Airport Railway. At ground level, the station is adjacent to Magu Central Route running north-south and Magu Central Line 5 running east-west. The site is bordered by green spaces to the southwest and the Seoul Botanical Garden to the northeast. Surrounding the area are hospitals, shopping centers, offices, and research centers, all supporting the nearby residential communities.

The square serves as a flexible urban space that adapts to the movement patterns of people in the surrounding environment, rather than enforcing fixed pathways. This sunken square, measuring 60 meters in diameter, is situated at the intersection of the three stations. Landmarks and underground levels are designed along station exits to enhance spatial experience. The outdoor square accommodates a variety of activities including events, performances, and exhibitions.

The sleek subway entrance complements the surrounding landscape, creating a harmonious feel within the square. The ground level is elevated to form a backdrop that integrates with the urban environment. Trees are strategically spaced along pedestrian routes, providing greenery while preserving ample open space for cultural activities.
