TTC Saigon Elite Kindergarten is situated in District 3 of Saigon, right next to the city’s Fire (BIM Learning) station. This new kindergarten was rebuilt on the foundation of the original structure. Its design features simple, pure geometric shapes aimed at sparking children’s curiosity and encouraging daily interaction with the environment.

The building spans five floors. The lower three are dedicated to classrooms and indoor playgrounds, while the upper two floors serve as spaces for events, staff training, and school administration.

Designed as a playful home for children, the kindergarten’s architecture expresses its character through simple forms and a balanced proportion of tall and wide windows.

Although the window placement appears random, it is meticulously calculated to ensure each classroom receives ample natural light and ventilation. Extended window sills protect indoor spaces from direct sunlight.

A window acts as a portal to the outside world, inspiring children’s emotions, imagination, and curiosity. It creates a direct connection between indoor play and the ever-changing environment outside. As light streams through these windows, it flows along the colorful sills, casting vibrant hues throughout the interior, evoking a magical, fairy-tale atmosphere.

Overall, the building harmonizes with the surrounding residential community and reflects elements of cubism. By respecting the local environment and historical context, the kindergarten introduces a fresh, lively, and charming atmosphere to the area.
