Editor’s Note:
Recently, to address some limitations of traditional steel structure buildings, Mr. Shi Jing has developed several innovative technologies through practical application. He realized a prefabricated residential building system with beam walls that conceal beams and columns externally, while maximizing indoor space without obstructions. To foster industry collaboration and promote technological advancements, this website proudly features his work.

Inventor Profile:
Shi Jing is a senior architect specializing in prefabricated buildings and a senior technician for assembly fitters. He is highly skilled in the design and technical integration of prefabricated steel and concrete structures. Since 2004, Shi Jing has dedicated himself to resolving industry challenges by combining various systems to leverage the strengths of both prefabricated concrete and steel structures.
He has invented several key technologies, including the Z-shaped load-bearing composite beam for prefabricated steel structures (patent number 201820431128.7), a non-thermal bridge light steel wall (patent number 2016110230992), and composite walls along with integrated building structures (patent number 2016101304412). Using these innovations, he has overseen the construction of over 40 light and heavy steel residential buildings across 11 provinces and cities nationwide.
