The project is located in Minsk, Belarus, covering a construction area of 32,924 square meters. It is a commercial hotel development. Leveraging the mature BIM technology capabilities and extensive implementation experience of the Beijing Residential Institute Research Center, an operational plan for this project has been successfully realized.

Basic Modeling
We strictly adhere to the project construction drawings for model creation, ensuring that the design results are accurately presented and verified in a three-dimensional format in a timely manner.

Pipeline Optimization
Taking a comprehensive approach, collision points are professionally identified and reviewed from all angles. The collision report reveals issues that were overlooked during the initial pipeline system drawings. Based on the proposed adjustment suggestions, a solution is selected after thorough discussion to resolve complex node conflicts, ensuring design quality and reducing construction challenges.

3D Visualization Roaming
The application of 3D visualization roaming on the model effectively showcases the design scheme and thoroughly verifies it. The images primarily demonstrate the exterior facade of the project, adding enhanced three-dimensionality and spatial scale compared to traditional renderings, making it easier to visually evaluate the design effects.

In addition to the above achievements, as the project progresses, we will gradually complete further applications such as curtain wall construction, quantity statistics, and model updates to ensure the project advances smoothly during implementation.
Through the systematic implementation of these strategies, we have effectively provided the client with accurate and reliable data, along with optimization recommendations during the design, bidding, and construction phases. This approach has resulted in cost savings and enhanced quality throughout the project.
