Founded in 1993, Renaissance Construction is the largest construction contractor in Türkiye and ranks among the world’s top 100 contractors. In 2014, the company was placed 53rd on the ENR 250 list of international contractors. With a workforce of 35,000 employees and total assets valued at 6.9 billion US dollars, Renaissance operates in 16 countries and conducts business across 18 countries. They have completed over 500 projects, covering a building area exceeding 1.5 billion square meters.
Currently, Renaissance employs 140 iTWO users across 36 construction projects in Russia, with a total project value of 5 billion US dollars. Notable ongoing projects include the Federation Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Europe; participation in the Gotthard Base Tunnel, the world’s longest railway tunnel; and the Avia Park shopping center, Europe’s largest, spanning 5,000 square meters.
Hulusi Sögütlü shared insights on how construction companies manage technical information. He explained that using iTWO means the real structure matches the plan exactly, enabling comprehensive tracking of materials from procurement through on-site construction. Resource allocation no longer requires manual effort as iTWO automates the process. By entering quantity information once, the logical database simultaneously updates pricing and work schedules, eliminating the need for separate updates.
Previously, adjustments such as changes in working hours required cumbersome re-management and modifications. Now, schedules are fully integrated into the workflow, ensuring they cannot be overlooked on the construction site.
Regarding subcontracting, Renaissance has utilized iTWO’s subcontractor module for 8 to 9 months across 35 projects. In the previous year alone, subcontracting expenses totaled 300 million US dollars, involving 457 different subcontractors. The system manages over 12,000 bill of quantities projects and more than 1,000 contracts, all reported through iTWO’s robust data structure. Using Cube BI reports, they can access nearly all subcontractor information on demand, simplifying subcontractor tracking significantly.
He emphasized that their reports are based on a unique, reliable source of real data. Report layouts are comprehensive and generated almost instantaneously. The entire reporting process is automated, highly secure, and fast, with updates possible on a weekly basis, ensuring stability, security, and reliability.
Thanks to this high-quality, structured database, Renaissance can evaluate data at various stages within their group. They are pleased to enhance production efficiency in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Q: When did your company start using iTWO, and why did you choose it over other software?
A: We began using iTWO in 2012 and have spent three years fully integrating it throughout the entire project lifecycle. We chose iTWO because it is the only comprehensive end-to-end software platform available.
Q: How many projects at your company use iTWO, and what types are they?
A: Currently, 35 projects use iTWO, including high-rise buildings, shopping centers, residential buildings, and various other civilian structures.
Q: Can you share the results of implementing iTWO in your company?
A: We have nearly completed the implementation process. iTWO is now integrated with the ERP system we use, and most of the application features have been fully deployed.
