Recently, Beijing Internet Cube Technology Service Co., Ltd. (isBIM) and Wuhan Oceanwide City Plaza Development and Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Oceanwide Construction Group, have entered into a cooperation agreement for two major projects: Oceanwide City Phase II and Oceanwide International Center. Both parties have officially formed a partnership to implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. Beijing Internet Cube (isBIM) will provide BIM consulting services across various construction domains, including building engineering, installation engineering, municipal supporting facilities, outdoor electrical engineering, and curtain wall engineering. Together, they aim to create a new landmark commercial complex in Wuhan.
The combined total area of Oceanwide City Phase II and Oceanwide International Center is approximately 52,200 square meters, with a total construction area of about 460,000 square meters. The Oceanwide International Center project features a five-star hotel, two 5A-grade office buildings (Buildings A and B), a three-story basement, and municipal supporting facilities. Meanwhile, the Oceanwide City Plaza (Phase II) project is situated in Wuhan’s Wangjiadun Central Business District (CBD). It is a landmark urban complex that combines hotel-style apartments with a comprehensive shopping center. Once completed, it is expected to become the premier commercial gateway in the Wuhan CBD.
