How to Easily Generate a Comprehensive Management Plan in Revit
A management optimization plan is a detailed drawing provided to construction teams, allowing all professionals to fully understand every pipeline within a specific area.
Traditionally, the process involved creating a separate sheet for each discipline, annotating them individually, and then combining these into a comprehensive floor plan. This approach is often time-consuming and repetitive.
Here, we introduce a streamlined method: after preparing each discipline’s drawings, simply compile all the necessary views into a single comprehensive pipeline drawing.
Once complete, overlay the three views within the comprehensive pipeline diagram.
At this point, you can export the drawings. The exported result consists of three individually processed drawings within the model, which appear as overlapping views in the layout to form a comprehensive pipeline drawing.
In summary, by following this method, the traditional workflow of producing multiple separate images is replaced with overlapping views that can be exported as a single, clear drawing. Additionally, this approach simplifies the process compared to the complex visibility and filter settings required when modifying models from different disciplines.
