How Revit Works for “Wiring Filling”: Specifying the Connection Arrow
You can change the appearance of the connection arrows depending on the view type. The “Wiring Filling” tool allows you to specify different colors for these arrows.
Set a specific color for the connection arrows in plan views. Then, choose a different color for arrows in 3D views to clearly indicate the routing direction.
Tip: If the “MEP Fabric Components” palette is visible, you can click the “Set” button to open the configuration dialog.
Next, select the Connection Indicator tab.
For “Flat” settings, adjust the Color selection to control how arrows appear in plan views.
For the options “Point to” and “Stay Away,” set the color to control the arrow display in 3D views.
