This project is situated in Cáceres and features a square-shaped flat building with each side measuring 16 meters. The structure includes three windows on each of its four facades. Its exterior walls are constructed from locally sourced quartzite, while the window frames are crafted from warm-toned Extremadura granite.

Floor Plan
Given the constraints of the building’s square footprint, the design includes nine cubic spaces, each measuring 4.2 meters per side. These cubes serve various household functions such as living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens, with wardrobes and bathrooms integrated within these blocks.

Each cubic space consists of two levels: the lower level features oak flooring and houses the building’s service functions, while the upper level is finished with white concrete. From inside the rooms, occupants can enjoy views of the outdoors through square oak-framed windows. A swimming pool is located on the open terrace behind the building.

The square flat house, measuring 16 meters on each side, contains nine rooms. Its exterior walls are adorned with local quartzite granite, while the interior features white concrete and oak paneling.
