When working on mechanical and electrical projects, using dedicated templates can significantly reduce the effort required for drawing later on. But what exactly should these templates contain?
1. Basic positioning information, such as elevation grids. For more complex projects, this should also include reference planes.
2. Separate plan and 3D views for each discipline.
3. Definitions for system names, materials, and related details.
4. A comprehensive library of professional pipe fittings, accessories, equipment, and more.
5. Color definitions for each discipline in 3D views.
