How to Modify Sketch Elements in Revit 2019 Using New Features

When working in sketch mode, you have the ability to move the entire sketch or adjust individual line segments.

To begin, select the drawing element within the drawing area.

If a sketch has already been created for sketch-based elements, click the Edit option to enter sketch mode.

For example, if you have drawn a floor slab, navigate to the Modify | Floor tab, then the Mode panel, and select Edit Boundary.

Note: You can also enter sketch mode by double-clicking on the graphic element, depending on the designated double-click options for drawing elements. This setting can be adjusted in the Options dialog box under the User Interface tab.

Modifying Graphic Elements:

While in sketch mode, make your desired changes. Once finished, click Finish Editing Mode to exit.
