How to Create a Herringbone Ceiling in Revit

Creating a Herringbone Ceiling in Revit

To draw a herringbone ceiling in Revit, simply dividing the ceiling with a reference plane and adjusting the slope arrow parameters by mirroring a single ceiling piece will not achieve the desired effect.

Instead, you need to create two separate ceilings. First, create a slope arrow for one ceiling, then mirror the other ceiling by referencing the dividing plane. This approach ensures the herringbone pattern is properly formed.
