Prefabrication Techniques in the Design and Construction of Shanghai Zhongfang Binjiang Project

The Shanghai Zhongfang Binjiang project comprises five high-rise residential buildings, each under 80 meters tall. In addition, there are two multi-story residential buildings, each with six floors and below 24 meters in height, as well as one multi-story residential building with seven floors, also below 24 meters. The development includes a supporting commercial building with four floors, all under 24 meters, along with affiliated podium structures.

The total site area covers 79,042 square meters, with a residential area of 69,543.14 square meters and a street-facing commercial area of 7,905 square meters. Additionally, the public housing area dedicated to residential facilities occupies 1,593.86 square meters. The high-rise residential towers stand between 23 and 26 floors above ground, reaching up to 80 meters in height, and include a podium floor measuring 4.5 meters tall.

The overall construction area of the site totals 110,220.41 square meters, composed of 81,789.24 square meters above ground and 28,432.17 square meters underground, featuring prefabricated buildings. This project is managed under the general contracting of Shanghai Construction Fifth Construction Group.
