Advance planning and process control, green standardization, product creation, and efficiency improvement are the key features of Nanning Longguang International Engineering. Located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Wuxiang Avenue and Pingle Avenue in Nanning, Guangxi, this large-scale super high-rise urban complex integrates office, commercial, and entertainment functions.
The total construction area of the project is approximately 288,000 square meters, including a basement area of 91,000 square meters. The main tower (Tower 1) rises 278 meters above ground with 62 floors. The auxiliary tower (Tower 2) has 36 floors and reaches a height of 191 meters. The commercial podium spans 3 floors above ground, with an additional 4 basement levels.
Built around an assembled structure and standardized implementation, the project embraces the innovation of the “Internet Plus” concept. This management approach enables real-time, comprehensive monitoring of the construction site, allowing the team to promptly identify and address issues during the construction process.
By providing immediate feedback to construction personnel, the system helps improve project management quality, fosters refined oversight, and drives the project forward efficiently and effectively.
