How to Connect Pipes with Slopes in Revit

When drawing pipes with slopes in Revit, a common issue arises where the remaining pipelines cannot be connected properly, as illustrated below:

To resolve this, we can utilize the ‘Inherit Elevation’ feature within the pipe tools.

Follow these steps:

1. First, draw a water pipe and set its slope.

2. Next, draw the second water pipe. Before starting, make sure to select ‘Inherit Elevation’. Then, choose the intersection point of the two pipes as the starting point for the new pipe.

Once completed, the pipes will connect automatically.
