1. The detailed design model should be developed by adding or refining elements based on the construction drawing design model.
2. The construction process model is created from the construction drawing design model or the detailed design model. It is recommended to segment or merge model elements as needed according to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and construction methods. Additionally, construction information should be dynamically linked or associated with the model and its elements throughout the construction process.
3. The completion model should be derived from the construction process model, following project completion and acceptance requirements. This involves adding or removing relevant information as necessary.
4. In the event of design changes, the corresponding model elements and related information within the construction model must be updated accordingly. All project and model change information should be documented.
5. Every operation—including adding, refining, splitting, merging, and integrating models or model elements—must ensure that the model data remains accurate and complete.
