General Provisions
1. BIM technology should be utilized in the detailed design of cast-in-place concrete structures, prefabricated and assembled concrete structures, steel structures, electromechanical systems, curtain walls, as well as decoration and renovation projects in construction.
2. A clear design process must be established for the detailed design phase, specifying the methods for model verification, as well as the timing for verification, modifications, and final delivery.
3. The software used for detailed design should support features such as spatial coordination, engineering quantity calculation, detailed design drawings, and report generation.
4. Besides traditional 2D drawings, detailed design documentation may also include essential 3D model views when necessary.
