1. BIM technology should be integrated into the preparation of product modules, product processing, and finished product management during the manufacturing of electromechanical products.
2. In applying BIM to electromechanical product processing, models can be created from detailed design models, processing confirmation letters, change confirmation letters, and design documents. These models can be refined according to specialized processing plans, technical standards, and specifications. Quantities can be extracted based on material procurement plans, while batch production of prefabricated processing models can be organized according to factory equipment capabilities, production schedules, and resource planning. Process documentation can be developed using process instructions and related materials. Throughout component production and quality inspection, progress tracking, cost data, and quality traceability information can be generated, as illustrated in the image below.
3. Electromechanical products should be divided into different modular levels based on their functional differences, with a dedicated module database established to manage them.
4. Each module code of electromechanical products must be unique to ensure proper identification and tracking.
5. The machining accuracy of mechanical and electrical product modules can be validated through assembly process simulations based on the created models.
