1. BIM deliverables for cost management should include cost management models, cost analysis reports, and related documentation.
Beyond the general features outlined in Article 3.0.6, cost management BIM software must also offer the following specialized capabilities:
1. Prepare construction budget estimates;
2. Prepare and attach contract budget estimates;
3. Incorporate additional or relevant construction progress information;
4. Attach or link actual progress and actual cost data;
5. Facilitate comparison of the three calculations;
6. Generate material lists and construction budget reports based on various dimensions, including progress, location, sub-items, and subcontractors;
7. Perform cost accounting and analysis using multiple dimensions such as progress, location, sub-items, and subcontractors.
