Key Deliverables and Software Requirements for Implementing BIM in Occupational Health and Safety Management

The BIM deliverables for occupational health and safety management in construction projects should include the following: a safety management model, safety management information (including details on handling safety issues), and a safety inspection result report.

In addition to the general functions outlined in Article 3.0.6, BIM software designed for occupational health and safety management must also provide these specialized features:

1. The ability to identify occupational health and safety risk sources based on the occupational health and safety technical measures plan;

2. Support for compliance with relevant local regulations regarding construction safety data for building projects;

3. Facilitate intuitive visualization of occupational health and safety aspects in construction projects through integrated models;

4. Inclusion of additional or related information on occupational health and safety hazards and accidents;

5. Incorporation of supplementary or related occupational health and safety inspection data;

6. Capability to query, browse, and display information about occupational health, risk sources, safety hazards, and accidents within construction projects by leveraging combined models.
