The deliverables for construction supervision and control should include model reviews, design disclosure records, and process documentation related to quality, investment, progress, and safety management. Additionally, actual measurements and quantity records from supervision, change records, and completion acceptance supervision reports must be provided.
2. Beyond the common features outlined in Article 3.0.6, BIM software designed for supervision and control should also offer the following specialized functions:
1. Monitor the connections between control information, records, documents, and models;
2. Support supervision tasks covering quality, cost, schedule, safety, engineering changes, and completion acceptance;
3. Enable querying, statistical analysis, reporting, and output of supervision control information.
