BIM technology should be integrated throughout the construction project lifecycle, including during pre-acceptance, final acceptance, and final delivery phases.
2. The completion acceptance model must accurately reflect the actual conditions of the project. It should be developed based on the construction process model and include all relevant acceptance data and associated information.
3. All completion acceptance data linked to the acceptance model must comply with current standards, such as the Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering (GB50300) and the Management Regulations for Building Engineering Data (JGJ/T185).
4. The completion delivery model should be created based on the completion acceptance model, tailored to meet the specific requirements of the delivery objectives.
