If the handover recipient is a government regulatory agency, the construction unit may collaborate with the contractor to finalize the completion and delivery process according to the contract terms agreed upon with the contractor.
When the handover recipient is the construction unit itself, the construction unit should deliver the results as stipulated in the contract with the contractor.
For deliverables intended for internal archiving within the company, they must comply with the enterprise’s relevant standards. The project department is responsible for completing the necessary work, and after review by the appropriate management departments, the documents should be properly archived.
