Navisworks Installation Issue
Are you experiencing problems reinstalling Navisworks (NW) or Revit after uninstalling them? Perhaps the installation window notifies you that the software is already installed.
If various cleanup methods fail to remove leftover files and the installation still cannot proceed, you can try modifying the registry information.
Open the Run dialog box, type regedit, and press Enter to access the Windows Registry Editor.
Next, navigate to the following path to locate the installed product information:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREClassesInstallerProducts
Look for an entry starting with C6F..., which corresponds to NW2014, as indicated in the attributes on the right side. Delete this entry.
The same approach applies to Revit. Find any entries containing “Revit” and delete them. However, please note that this method may not always yield satisfactory results.
