How to Fix Wall and Column Disconnection Issues in Revit

How to Fix Wall and Column Disconnection Issues in Revit

When working on structural drawings in Revit, you may notice that placing columns on top of walls often causes the walls to disconnect from the columns automatically. Fortunately, resolving this issue is straightforward.

First, select the column you want to modify. Then, in the column’s properties, choose the option to unlink the geometry.

Next, click on the column with your mouse, and it will display fully without any disconnection from the wall.
