Drawing Settings for Drainage Pipe Bends in Revit
When modeling pipelines in Revit, bends with arbitrary angles often appear. However, in real-world construction, such a variety of bend angles is uncommon. To address this in your modeling workflow, you can preset specific bend angles before drawing the pipeline:
For example, the image below shows a bend with irregular angles, which does not reflect the precision expected from professionals in the field. By adjusting the bend angles in the mechanical settings, you can create more accurate and professional electromechanical models.
Typically, only 90° and 45° bends are used. Limiting bends to these angles allows you to draw pipes more quickly and precisely.
