Revit Updates 2D Neutral Pipe Representations in Plan Views

How to Modify the 2D Representation of Neutral Pipes in Revit Plan Views

When working with Revit, you may need to adjust the 2D representation of neutral pipes in plan views to meet specific project requirements.

Follow these steps to modify the pipe’s appearance:

1. Select the pipeline, then go to the Pipeline System tab that appears.

2. Click on Edit Type. In the dialog box that opens, under the Rise/Fall grouping, you can adjust the 2D representation of the riser.

If you want to change the size of the riser symbol, do the following:

3. Navigate to the System tab, then choose Bathroom and Plumbing. Click the arrow in the bottom-right corner of the panel to open the Mechanical Settings dialog box.

4. In the Mechanical Settings window, select the Pipeline Settings grouping. Here, you can adjust the size of the riser symbol by modifying the value in the Pipeline Lifting/Lowering Annotation Size field.
