BIM Software Tip: How to Print and List Drawings with Linked Files in REVIT

If your drawing list includes linked files, the main model’s tables may not print correctly.

To include a drawing from a linked file in the drawing list, open the linked file first. Then, select the drawing and check the box to ensure it appears in the drawing list.

Next, in the main model, navigate to View > Schedule > Sheet List. Make sure to select the option “Include elements in linked files” to ensure all linked elements are included.
