How to Quickly Access the Project Browser in Revit

BIM Software Tip: Quickly Retrieve the Project Browser in Revit

Sometimes at work, we may accidentally or intentionally close the Project Browser in Revit. The usual way to reopen it is through the formal method: go to the View tab, find the User Interface dropdown menu, and then check Project Browser to display it again.

However, here’s a more convenient method introduced by Xiao Z. You can use the right mouse button to restore the Project Browser quickly.

In Revit version 15 (this has not been tested in other versions, so availability may vary), simply right-click on an empty area within the drawing space. A menu will appear, as shown in the image below. From this menu, select Browser Options.

After that, you can click on Project Browser in the popup menu, and it will immediately be displayed again.
