3. Job Responsibilities

1. Update BIM models and handle related applications, focusing on detailed design, clash detection, construction simulation, model drafting, bidding animations, secondary development, and BIM solution research and development.
2. Participate in BIM coordination for projects and assist in resolving engineering issues on-site.
3. Coordinate all project stakeholders, allocate BIM tasks, and monitor progress.
4. Conduct research on BIM technology and promote the adoption of new technologies.

4. Job Requirements

1. Full-time college degree or higher in construction engineering or related fields. Minimum of 2 years work experience for undergraduates or 3 years for college diplomas.
2. Proficiency in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, Lumion, etc. Programming skills are a plus.
3. Comprehensive experience in mechanical and electrical project management.

5. Additional Requirements

1. Strong technical foundation with preference for candidates with on-site construction or project experience.
2. Experience in project team building and management is preferred.
3. Work experience at large design institutes, state-owned construction units, hospital projects, or renowned consulting firms is a plus.
4. Experience with projects in Hong Kong and Macau is preferred; proficiency in Cantonese is also advantageous.
