Exhibition Overview:

The Beijing International Engineering Procurement Conference and Engineering Construction Supply Chain Expo is a leading and influential event in China’s engineering construction sector. Guided by the Ministry of Commerce and hosted by the China International Engineering Consulting Association alongside Huanya (Beijing) International Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd., this conference was previously known as the “China Engineering Procurement Conference/Beijing International Engineering Procurement Conference and Exhibition.” From 2024 onward, it will be renamed the “Beijing International Engineering Procurement Conference and Engineering Construction Supply Chain Expo.”

Having been held for three consecutive sessions, the event has covered an exhibition area of 40,000 square meters, attracted 675 participating companies, hosted 38 professional forums, and welcomed over 50,000 industry professionals. The total purchase intention value across these events reached approximately 123.7 billion yuan.

The EPC Expo has evolved into a premier platform showcasing the comprehensive strength and technological advancements of China’s foreign contracted engineering and domestic engineering construction industries. It serves as a multi-dimensional industrial expo highlighting achievements in industrialization, modernization, and new products and technologies throughout the engineering construction supply chain.

Aligned with China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and supporting the development of new national infrastructure, transportation power, modern energy systems, and major international cooperation under the “Belt and Road” initiative, the 2024 Expo will take place at the Beijing Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 14 to 16. The exhibition area is expected to exceed 30,000 square meters.

The Expo will feature exhibition zones including building and decorative materials, elevators, power energy, pipe fittings, waterproof materials, engineering construction machinery and equipment, prefabricated buildings and integrated houses, formwork and scaffolding, engineering logistics, EPC engineering general contracting, design consulting, professional contracting/subcontracting, procurement and supply chain platforms, supply chain financial services, building wood and wood products, stone, steel reinforcement, and more.

In addition, multiple industry forums will be held, such as the 19th Procurement Summit, the 8th Foreign Contracting Engineering Country Market Report Conference, the China International Engineering Procurement Alliance Supplier Recognition Conference, the China International Engineering Consulting Association Procurement Expert Committee Annual Meeting, the EPC Engineering Award Ceremony, and the International Engineering Construction Supply Chain Innovation Application Achievement Competition Award Ceremony. Leading Event for Engineering General Contracting Procurement – EPC 2024: The Expo boasts high participation from central and local general contractors, coordinated supply and procurement activities, and dedicated procurement visiting groups.
