BIM Architecture: Phase II Results Announcement for Shanghai Modern Agriculture Industrial Park (Hengsha Xinzhou) Core Area Conceptual Design

Phase 2 of Conceptual Scheme Solicitation for the Core Area of Shanghai Modern Agriculture Industrial Park (Hengsha Xinzhou): Announcement of Competition Results

Shanghai Modern Agriculture Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. has commissioned Shanghai Shangzi Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. to conduct the Conceptual Scheme Collection for the Core Area of Shanghai Modern Agriculture Industrial Park (Hengsha Xinzhou).

The second phase of the conceptual scheme solicitation competition was held at the 2nd floor conference room of Debi Hongqiao International WE Conference Room, Building 5, No. 199 Fenghong Road, Xinhong Street, Minhang District, Shanghai.

The evaluation committee, composed of five experts—Yuan Qin, Chen Weiming, Jiang Chun, Huang Min, and Ma Shijiang—specializes in planning, urban design, architecture, and related fields.

The results of the second phase of the scheme competition are as follows:

1. First Place: Xiamen University Urban and Rural Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. + China Electric Power Construction Group East China Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd.
2. Second Place: MVRDVB. V. + China Architecture Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. + PRAVA B.V.
3. Third Place: Shenzhen Urban Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. + School of Agriculture, Shenyang Agricultural University + China Railway Shanghai Design Institute Group Co., Ltd.
