Exploring the Capabilities of BIM Technology

During the CAD era, aspects such as project process dynamics, efficiency, and design flexibility mostly relied on empirical rules without quantitative metrics, limiting practical guidance. BIM enables the collection, integration, and analysis of relevant data, enhancing data authenticity and reducing dependence on human experience. This leads to improved work efficiency and the application of specific, measurable indicators to develop practical, feasible solutions.
