Yuanyang Guanghua City is strategically situated north of Beifeng Road, the city’s main thoroughfare, and east of Yinhe Road, a major north-south transportation artery. This prime location lies along the city’s central axis. The building covers an area of 1850 square meters and was completed in January 2022.
Drawing from the geographical features of Langfang’s Nanlong Beifeng culture, the designer expertly merges architectural language with the local context. The building’s smooth lines evoke the image of a dancing phoenix, connecting with history and breathing new life into the city’s vibrancy.
At the heart of the site stands a glass pavilion enveloped in a delicate metal veil. Within this structure, a luminous moon sculpture casts a radiant reflection onto the water below, creating a striking visual centerpiece.
The facade design draws inspiration from a nebula, with faint lights shining through window panels at night to symbolize the graceful curves of celestial motion. Beyond fleeting moments of poetry, the design cultivates atmosphere—capturing the essence of traditional architecture. Whether gazing at the moon by lamplight or beneath the moonlit sky, visible or concealed, each perspective carries its unique significance.
The completed experience center caters not only to prospective homebuyers but also serves as a vibrant leisure space for future residents. The external landscape design invites visitors to wander through a long corridor, turn corners, and arrive at the central square—where a sudden sense of enlightenment emerges. This space fosters casual and comfortable social interactions, seamlessly blending people’s activities with the surrounding environment.
