9th Shandong Province Green Summit 2022
Announcement: Architecture and New Building Industrialization Exhibition
To all member units and industry-related enterprises:
Under the strong guidance of government departments and with the support of industry professionals, the Shandong Green Building and New Building Industrialization Exhibition (referred to as the “Shandong Construction Exhibition”) has been successfully held for eight consecutive sessions in Shandong. It has attracted over 30,000 professional visitors from regulatory bodies, planning, development, design, construction, engineering quality supervision, and research institutions.
This exhibition has become the most influential regional industry event, serving as a vital platform for collaboration between upstream and downstream sectors within the construction industry.
To further promote the development of the new building industrialization supply chain and advance the high-quality growth of green buildings, the 9th Shandong Building Exhibition is scheduled to take place in Qingdao from August 26 to 28, 2022. The event will emphasize the coordinated advancement of intelligent construction and new building industrialization, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and products, including green buildings, prefabricated buildings, passive ultra-low energy/near-zero energy buildings, digital buildings, decoration, and renovation.
Alongside the exhibition, dozens of forums will be held to foster industry discussion and networking. The detailed notice is as follows:

(2) Prefabricated Buildings
Precast concrete components, steel structures, prefabricated houses, prefabricated decoration, interior parts and components, dry and wet floor heating, dry construction, and related supporting products and facilities.
(3) Passive Ultra-low Energy Buildings
Passive doors and windows, fresh air and purification systems, five-constant systems, zero-carbon buildings, airtight materials, hollow and vacuum glass, insulation materials, environmentally friendly decoration materials.
(4) Building Informatization and Intelligence
Construction industry management platforms, enterprise management software, BIM applications, smart buildings, smart construction sites, building electrification, charging stations, security and fire protection products.
(5) Construction Equipment and Machinery
Precast concrete assembly line production equipment, building materials manufacturing equipment, intelligent robots, cleaning devices, material stackers, on-site construction machinery, mixing plants, scaffolding, complete board equipment sets, pipe fittings, and piping.
(6) Decoration and Renovation
Architectural ceramics, sanitary ware, stone, light steel keel, ceilings, paint, wallpaper, flooring, coatings, and related products.
(7) Showcase of Outstanding Projects
Exhibiting high-star green buildings, high-star healthy buildings, prefabricated buildings, passive ultra-low energy buildings, and other building types that meet current design and evaluation standards.
6. Visitors
(1) The event plans to invite housing and construction leaders from provincial, city, and county levels, leaders from relevant national associations, and industry experts.
(2) Over 5,000 representatives from real estate development units, design firms, general contractors, construction units, investment and financing platforms, and engineering quality supervision units from Shandong Province and neighboring provinces will be invited.
(3) Public construction units such as hospitals, schools, highways, and sports centers will also be invited.
(4) Building materials distributors, construction contractors, and integrators within Shandong Province will be welcomed.
(5) Universities, industry associations, research institutes, and academic organizations will also participate.
7. Additional Information
1. Visitors and attendees can enter free of charge. Exhibitors are responsible for venue rental fees:
– Standard booth: ¥7,800 (3m x 3m)
– Premium booth: ¥8,800 (3m x 3m)
Booth configuration includes one table, two chairs, fascia board, fencing, and spotlights.
– Open space: ¥800 per m2, with booth design and construction handled by the exhibitor.
