Harnessing talent and sparking innovation and entrepreneurship vitality.
Attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent.
An innovation-driven industrial community that seamlessly integrates industry, urban life, and people.
As urban development expands and demand for office and living spaces grows, traditional industrial parks are becoming outdated. Emerging industrial parks now have new roles to play. Tangye New City, Jinan’s first satellite city, is positioned as the future political, economic, and cultural hub of the eastern urban area. Having successfully attracted a population, its next critical step is to introduce industries that optimize the city’s functional structure. This is where the Shandong Land and Innovation Valley Jinan International Double Innovation Industrial Park comes in.

Shandong Land · Chuanggu Jinan International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park is part of Tangye’s “One Heart, Twelve Parks” development strategy. Spanning 84,200 square meters with a planned construction area of 203,100 square meters, this project focuses on “double innovation” industries. It integrates diverse sectors, harmonizes with residential and ecological elements, and supports the new city’s growth.
With the goal of retaining talent, the design fosters a green, ecological industrial park conducive to enterprise development while catering to work, living, and lifestyle needs. Targeting sectors such as education, media, and tech innovation, the park offers flexible, adaptable spaces with a variety of functional formats.

‘Flexibility and Diversity’ to Attract Talent
At the heart of any industrial park is its people. The design focuses on office spaces integrated with commercial and residential functions to attract and retain talent, offering an environment that nurtures growth.
Shandong Land · Innovation Valley Jinan International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industrial Park is envisioned as an urban extension embracing cultural and technological innovation, enriched by diverse functional formats.

1. Integrating Multiple Business Formats for a 24/7 Vibrant Park
As Jinan’s first innovation and entrepreneurship park under the “New and Old Momentum Conversion” strategy, it plans to establish cultural, creative, educational, and artistic training bases alongside software, IT services, technology, and scientific research centers. Advertising and education industries will serve as foundational platforms supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.

The park features five core business formats: headquarters offices, garden offices, ecological offices, talent apartments, and commercial support facilities. This diverse mix creates a dynamic environment that operates around the clock, fulfilling modern needs for work, dining, meetings, relaxation, entertainment, fitness, and living.

2. Flexible Product Portfolio to Adapt to Investment Uncertainty
Investment and operational uncertainties are common, but the design balances flexibility with strategic positioning. Headquarters offices can be customized: one enterprise per floor (~2000 sqm), or two enterprises per floor (~1000 sqm each). Additionally, spaces range between 70 and 160 sqm per unit to accommodate businesses of various sizes.

Garden and ecological offices offer even greater customization. The four-story garden office (approx. 1600 sqm) can be leased entirely to one company or divided into 400 sqm units. The three-story ecological office (approx. 1500 sqm) can be dedicated to a single tenant or split into 500 sqm units. These flexible spaces support diverse business models.
The garden office also features a spacious 708 sqm terrace for employee relaxation, creative inspiration, and business receptions, enhancing corporate identity.

Smart Layout Enhances Enterprise Productivity
The park’s design emphasizes urban spatial integrity, blending the park seamlessly into the city’s fabric through carefully arranged building clusters. Thoughtful commercial layouts connect the park with urban life, fostering cultural and creative industry growth.

1. Thoughtful Arrangement of Building Clusters Creates Appealing Urban Skylines
The buildings adopt rectangular forms that suit the site’s shape and echo surrounding structures. The layout responds to traffic flow and site features, opening two southern street corner spaces that form large plazas linking to subway entrances and intersections—enhancing the urban streetscape.

Four high-rise buildings anchor the center, while mid-rise buildings and urban squares on the west and east sides form an enclosure, creating an open courtyard inside. This harmonious mix of heights crafts a dynamic, staggered skyline that enhances the city and park’s identity.

2. Integration with Urban Life and Creating Interior Green Space
The design situates commercial spaces along the park’s perimeter streets, generating a lively commercial atmosphere that draws foot traffic and enhances cultural creativity’s commercial value. The enclosed architectural form enables a central “green valley” that offers a tranquil, landscaped retreat within the park.

‘Rich and Vibrant’ Design Fuels Cultural Creativity
The park embodies personalization and green ecology throughout its architecture and landscaping. It redefines social and industrial connections, fostering a warm, creative industrial community.

1. Lush Greenery Creates an Ecological Garden Park
The park features low-density development with higher buildings on the perimeter and lower ones inside, enclosing scenic views. Pedestrian and vehicle traffic are separated, with lanes and drop-off zones around the edges. At the center lies a spacious landscaped courtyard designed solely for pedestrians. Standalone offices blend with the natural setting via landscaped terraces and green roofs. Artistic installations and surrounding jogging tracks further enhance this eco-friendly, inviting workplace environment.

2. Vibrant Building Facades Highlight Creativity
Each building’s form follows its function, resulting in unique shapes that collectively create a unified architectural ensemble through consistent color schemes and design logic. Facades feature colorful perforated panels using muted base colors accented with contrasting tones, producing a “subtle contrast, strong harmony” effect that enhances the park’s artistic atmosphere.
Some buildings incorporate curtain wall systems, adding a sleek finish that elevates the park’s overall quality and aesthetic.
