Dr. Yuan Ye, the lead architect, holds multiple prestigious roles: design supervisor at the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University; visiting scholar at the School of Design, University of Pennsylvania; and chief architect at China Construction Engineering Design Co., Ltd. He has supervised graduate students off campus and serves as an expert reviewer for theses and drawings at several top architecture schools. Additionally, Dr. Yuan is a member of the “Architecture and Children” working group of the International Union of Architects (UIA) in China, the “Social Responsibility” committee of the Asian Institute of Architects (ARCASIA), the Architects Branch of the Chinese Architectural Society, and the Professional Committee for Building Renovation and Urban Renewal.

Recruitment Positions
01 Project Architect | Beijing (1-2 openings)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public building design;
- Passionate about architectural design, skilled in concept development and detailed design, familiar with public building design principles and standards;
- Preference given to candidates with experience in construction drawing, engineering coordination, and on-site work;
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
02 Assistant Architect | Beijing (2-3 openings)
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in public building design or outstanding recent graduates;
- Passionate about architectural design and proficient in various design and drafting software;
- Experience with 3D design and parametric design software is a plus.
03 Intern | Beijing (2-3 openings, long-term)
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in architecture, landscape, environmental art, product design, etc.;
- Proficient in design and drafting software with strong model-making skills;
- Internship duration must be at least three continuous months;
- Internship salary ranges: 1100-2000 RMB/month for undergraduates, 2000-3000 RMB/month for graduate students.
04 Research and Media Assistant | Beijing (1 opening)
- Background in architecture, design, or media; responsible for media releases and brand development;
- Assist architects with theoretical research, organizing design outcomes, connecting academic resources, and coordinating lectures, exhibitions, and events;
- Participate in early project planning and conceptual design proposals;
- Excellent English reading and writing skills preferred, especially for master’s degree candidates.

Interview:
- There will be two interview rounds for most positions: preliminary and second interviews. Intern positions require one interview round.
- Bring your resume and portfolio to the interviews.
- The initial interview will be conducted online; the second interview will be offline (travel and accommodation costs to be covered by the candidate).
Benefits
Salary, meal allowance, five social insurances and one housing fund, year-end bonus, and company perks. Project bonuses depend on project performance. Meal allowance is 1100 RMB per month. Regular employees receive social security and housing provident fund contributions. Employees with over one year of service are entitled to 5 days of paid annual leave. Holiday shopping cards are provided, and monthly team-building dinners are organized.
