Chia Tai Farm Restaurant is an intimate urban dining space covering just 310 square meters, dedicated to the farm-to-table philosophy of serving fresh and delicious food. The restaurant’s interior includes several distinct areas: a fresh produce sales zone, a shaded bar, an indoor dining room, a garden restaurant, a home garden product sales section, a chef’s private restaurant, and a seed gallery.
One of the building’s standout features is the stepped space that ascends diagonally along the facade. This diagonal design not only defines the flow of the interior but also creates a seamless connection between the outdoor garden and the indoor dining areas.

The diagonal staircase area doubles as a seed gallery, linking the first and second floors while showcasing the history and values of Chia Tai Company. This space features a striking curtain made of raisin seeds. The gallery walls are lined with 4,520 acrylic panels embedded with 250 types of vegetable and fruit seeds, creating a vibrant and educational display.
Additionally, the atrium within the stairwell connects all horizontal spaces and vertically links the shaded bar on the first floor with the garden restaurant above.

The second-floor home garden product sales area and the garden restaurant together offer guests a unique dining experience amidst a garden setting. The home garden terrace design connects the product sales area, garden restaurant, and the chef’s private restaurant.
The chef’s restaurant receives fresh agricultural products directly and serves as both a private dining area for renowned chefs and a culinary lab, where new dishes are developed for the restaurant.

Situated in front of the company’s main building, Chia Tai Farm maintains a visual connection by using materials that echo the texture and color palette of the main structure, while incorporating subtle modifications for distinction.
The farm’s exterior facade presents a blend of virtual and real textures, a theme that continues into the interior design, creating a cohesive aesthetic throughout.
