New Educational Campus
The daycare center is situated at the end of 13 Linden Square, featuring a thoughtful layout that has elevated the Oberau Education Campus to an exceptional standard. Adjacent to 13 Linden Avenue are new educational facilities organized by age groups. The New Music High School Elementary School Nursery and Day Care Center create a completely car-free campus. To ensure the utmost safety for the youngest children, this new childcare facility is strategically positioned in the most protected area.

Nursery and Daycare Centers
Perched atop the hill, the nursery defines the boundary of the educational campus. This location allows optimal use of the entire site, with kindergartens, primary, and secondary schools all benefiting from adjacent new outdoor activity areas. Surrounded by nature and shielded from the noise of busy roads, the nursery offers a peaceful environment with scenic views of both sides of the valley.

New Main Entrance Design for Music Schools
The newly designed entrance to the middle school serves as the central hub of the square, linking the southern courtyard entrance with the main access point at 13 Linden Square. Thanks to its open layout, the lobby offers clear sightlines and a versatile space for various activities.

Redesigned Entrance at 13 Linden Square
A parking area has been developed on the west side of the property, alongside a spacious drop-off zone in front of the new high school building. This design ensures a car-free campus. The redesigned entrance offers a shared space for children of all ages, with all buildings easily accessible on foot from this central point. Across from the elementary school, a circular theater adds a new dimension to outdoor activities.
